Once the floor is vacuum, we spray our EXP Surface cleaner, a degreaser that meets environmental standards for safety for children’s and pets. This get the surface ready for step 2 a deep clean.
Our automatic scrubber, specially design for hardwood floor, deep clean all dirt and grease accumulated over the years.
Our EXP bound agent is applied with a special sponge pad which allow adhesion between the prefinished floors and the final coat of finish, apply a few hours later.
The finish, with the shine of your choice, is applied with a special roller. You need to allowed 24 hours before reinterring your home for the finish to adhere properly. After five (5) days the finish is fully cured, its protective and resistant properties are at their maximum.
Our hardwood floor UV recoating system is perfectly designed for businesses such as restaurants, bars, shops, offices and public hallways. We work locally with similar UV technology used at the factory for prefinished hardwood floor. The UV recoating system prevent excess loss in revenue, because we can sand, varnishing and cure in a very short time.
